Facts (with source information): Narrative Report

What's so great about these records?
She lived long enough to have a Missouri death certificate. Unfortunately, the informant seems to have misunderstood the questions about the identity of the parents of the deceased person. Instead, he supplies the names of his own parents!

Death certificates are quite often wrong.

1915 Death Certificate

A fine example of an incorrect primary record. Instead of her parents’ names, the informant provided HIS parents’ names. The informant was her son.
